How to remove a Sun flare

I don't suppose thge original is a RAW file?  Use it if you have it, but if not, the JPG will do.

Open in Photoshop and go Filter > Camera RAW

Increase Effects > Dehaze and Clarity

Reduce Highlights all the way to the left.

Nudge Whites to the left

Nudge Contrast to the right

Increase Exposure _I used almost a full stop below.

Do you has other photos of the bride with her face at a similar angle?  If yes, composite that face over this one.  Shout if stuck or you want one of us to do it for you.  We are all very sad and sit here waiting for someone to give us a reason to use Photoshop 😉
