How to remove added "copy" to file name, ONLY when using action?

Hi folks

Whenever i make an action to save a JPEG, it always add "copy" to the name.

I am aware of the settings in preferences -> file handling. Both the "legacy" and "do not append", and they do work when i save manually, both when i choose save as or save a copy. The problem is, as soon as i automate the process into an action, doing the exact same thing, it adds "copy" to the name.

I've tryed everything, flatten the image or even just using a regular .jpg file instead of psd. It always add copy.

I chatted with support, he couldn't figure it out, but did gave me a workaround - to save for web in the actions. Which work, but then the colors a just a tiny little bit off, compared to the manually save, i'm nitty gritty, i know, and tried all the settings in save to web..

Any ideas how to make the normal save as to work as an action?

Mac os, Monterey 12.0.1, Photoshop 23.2.2

Thanks, best regards

Michael
