How to restore brush stroke thumbnail?

I installed brusherator plugin. I accidentally deleted a brush stroke thumbnail from the default brushes. For the life of me I can't seem to get it back even after reinstalling Photoshop.  I appreciate assistance.  I don't know why after the reinstall Photoshop does not just reinstate all the files including the brush stroke thumbnail.
