How to revert back to old style NEW... command window?

How can I get back my old "NEW.." popup window?

It used to open so fast.

The problem with the 2017 verison window is that it takes about 2 seconds to load this window.

That means my keyboard short cuts dont work because its waiting for a stupid window with options that no one needs.

eg.

CTRL-A

SHIFT-CTRL-C

CTRL-N

ENTER

CTRL-V

All this used to take about 3 seconds from start to finish, now my fingers move too fast for PS to keep up all because of the delay in opening the NEW.. window (which offers options which frankly any professional PS user doesnt need)

    Yes the new window is slow, and Adobe is aware of it. Hopefully they will do something to fix it.
