How to save as .jpeg ?

Fig 1 shows multichannel .psd file. Im trying to save as .jpeg, but i could not able to do so. There is no option as shown in fig 2. How can i proceed ?

    Jpg does not support multichannels, try converting the image to RGB.

      If i choose RGB i loss original color details. How can i convert to RGB without loosing original color details.

      Try File > Export > Export As...

      Then choose JPG as the Format along with quality and other settings.
