How to set custom hot key for changing Brush tip angle?

The default keys are the left arrow or right arrow button.

I draw in photoshop and it would be more convenient for me if I could change these hotkeys to, say, "A" and "D". But I didn't find in the hotkey settings where the hotkeys for changing the Brush tip angle are changed.

I know exactly how to customize hotkeys in Photoshop. But I don't see the Brush tip angle changing function in the hotkeys editing window. Where is this function in the Edit> Preferences> Keyboard Shortcuts list? If it is not there, what are other ways to change the hotkeys for the Brush Tip Angle function?
