How to set Photoshop language to english permanently?

Hi!I'm having a problem with Photoshop. Every time I update it to new version it changes language into Czech which I don't want to be happening. I used to fix it through rewriting file "tw10428_Photoshop_cs_CZ.dat" into "tw10428_Photoshop_cs_CZ.dat.old". This time there are two very similar files and I don't want to mess it up or keep rewriting the files after each update so my question is - How can I set Photoshop into english permanently? You need to uninstall your Photoshop, go to the Creative Cloud app and change your language preferences there and install the English version of Photoshop.
