How to transfer PS pref files and Bridge keywords from Mac to new Windows 10 install?

Hello. I am setting up a Windows 10 PC workstation for Photoshop.

I want to transfer over from my old Macbook Pro the PS pref file settings and my Bridge keyword index. Can anyone help me with how to do that on a new installation of Photoshop CC on a PC? Thanks.
