How to use photoshop to produce motion images

Photoshop helps my fashion blog in so many ways mostly in the editing of my pictures.

i have a little issue which is trying to make motions pictures with photoshop, i don't know if i am the one mistaking or is it possible to make motion pictures with photoshop???
