How to write a script for replace text and image

Hi, 
I'm looking a script to replace/update the text and image on multiple artboards. The text layer is a CTA button that converts to a smart object and is easy to apply across all artboards. Images that use a Frame Tool as a placeholder, the images 1, 2, 3, etc also become a smart object.
