My Hue and Saturation is opening with the previous adjustment rather than opening with all three on 0 anyone else have this issue, its  really annoying as I am having to reset the Hue and Saturation everytime I use it.

Hello, usually, to get that behaviour, one holds down the Alt key as we access the tools.

If it is not stuck, maybe should you look into recreating your preferences files, go the photoshop/preferences(Mac) / Edit/Preferences(PC) then , on the general tab, select the delete preferences on exit option.

PECourtejoie your brilliant, im actually working on a Wacom Cintiq with Remote and when I programed the remote id accidently hit the alt button before the command U for the short cut to hue and saturation which meant it was pulling up the last setting rather than 0, not sure id have ever realised that without your post, thank you!!!!!!

You have enabled the "remember last settings option". check it in the relvant panels/ flyout menus.
