I Absolutely HATE Photoshop's Latest Brush Tool

Adobe,

I love your products. They are second to none and worth every penny, but I absolutely hate what you've done with the brush tool.

Point1) The preset drop-downs are intrusive and clunky.

Point 2) The presets in them are useless and frustrating turning my brush into an eraser into a smudge tool !?!??!

Point 3) My right-click goes to these stupid presets instead of the brush I'm currently using.

Point 4) All the sane brush presets are now gone and/or hidden replaced with these fancy half-aliased brushes with wet dry moist...I don't need brushes that come with a humidifier. I need one to use with masking for advertising. It's like all the brushes I'm left to choose from (because using the basic one I built is inaccessible) are this sophisticated crap.

I'm hip with new additions like the masking panel (which I still feel is overblown), but this is the first time that Adobe is actually slowing down my freelance work enough that I would actually rant about it.

Please for the love of God give us back the old panel. A colleague of mine is still holding onto CC17 for this very reason. It's a terrible turn in the evolution of Photoshop.

Thank you for reading. Please help, this product update make creativity painful.

If you want to give Adobe you feedback you should use Adobe site for that Photoshop Family Customer Community

This is a user forum site you are addressing fellow Adobe users here this is not Adobe's feedback site.  Use Photoshop Family Customer Community

    Hi

In the current version, you can load any brush without switching to it's associated tool preset by Ctrl+Alt clicking (Cmd+Opt on Mac)

You also can load up the legacy brushes here:
