I am trying to remove watermark on image in Adobe photoshop 2021?

I use the lasso tool around the watermark and I am trying to click on the fill-in edit tab but, it is not allowing me to open the tab for fill settings

I echo what @jane-e said Where did you find the image? My first reaction is that it would seem unethical for us to help you do this.

Watermarks are added by artists so that others will not steal and use their images. If this is a stock image, you can purchase a copy from the stock website. Otherwise you need to contact the creator and request a non-watermarked copy. If they say yes, there may be a fee.
