I can only draw continuously lines with mouse

Hi Guys..Am I the only who got this issue with brushes in the new PS 2021. I can only draw continuously lines. Make like a dot without moving the mouse is not possible..is there any adjustment i missed or..just a another bug...im not on a tablet..thx
