I can only open Photoshop 22.4.3 20210708 as an administrator on Windows 10

How do I modify permissions so tht I can run photoshop just by clicking on the icon. Photoshop is on the C drive although most of mey files are on a separate e drive. At present I have to go into the windows menu and then  right click on photoshop and run as an adminitrator.
