I can't copy and paste from Illustrator to photoshop 2021

Hello!

The error is "Could not complete the Paste command because the clipboard data is empty or invalid."

I've already tried to paste as smart object, pixels, etc. Nothing works.

I'm using the latest version on both: Ai 25.2.1 and Ps 22.3.0
And my OS is the macOS Big Sur 11.2.3 with the Chip Apple M1

I'm having the same issue. Trying to paste layers from illustrator as a smart object. It's not consistent though. sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
PS 22.3.0
AI 25.2.1
Mac OS 11.2.3
Macbook Air M1
