I can't move anything in photoshop (I've cleared preferences, move tool is selected and auto select is on)

Please help! It was working just fine and suddenly I wasn't able to move anything at all. I've restarted, reset preferences and everything. thank you.

    Can you right-click on the Move Tool in the Option Bar and Reset it?
