I can't open any file in Photoshop, HELP

Hey everyone, I Can't open any image in photoshop, I have uninstalled and reinstalled photoshop and creative suite over and over and even tried older versions of photoshop..

 

When I click on any image I get the spinning wheel and it freezes, my mac is up to date Catalina 10.15.2

 

Can anybody help? I have tried what seems like every thing the internet has an offer to fix this to no avail, Thanks in Advance

Which version of Photioshop – you need the latest version to run under Catalina?
