Question

I can't open PHOTOSHOP

Since the update of PHOTOSHOP 22.4.2, the program does not open on my computer, as if it were not installed.
I can't open any version of Photoshop and I don't know why.
I would appreciate someone from the technical team to help me with this. I use Photoshop to work.

Hi!

Since you cannot even open Photoshop, I would recommend that you uninstall and then reinstall a fresh version of the program (Uninstall, empty your trash, restart your computer, and then reinstall). It is possible that something glitched in the update and didn't get installed properly. Let us know if doing a fresh install solves it, or if you are still having the same problem.
