I can't save as a Photoshop pdf anymore, help!

I need to save as a pdf for my job. It was working fine 10 minutes before now, then suddenly it stopped working? I've tried switching to CMYK as some suggested, but it's changed nothing.

 

Would love some help!

    Give your file copy another file name.  Two files with the same file name can't co-exist in the same location.

     

    BTW CS6 is really old software from 12 years ago.

    Have you tried saving to a different location such as the desktop?
