I can't save in the cloud now

Hello, 

The title is pretty self explanatory.

 

And for the non french speaker the little error box reads :

Impossible to save "Pas ladin.psdc" because the file is not found. You need to save this file as a new document.

But when I try to save it as a new file I still get a new error box :

Again in english :

Impossible to save "Pas ladin(1).psdc" because the file is not found.

I tried to remove my firewall, the windows one too, to change the emplacement of the cloud folder, and I also tried to uninstall and install back Creative cloud and PS.

 

Please help ;-;

      Well it didn't work sadly, and i had to re-configure everything :C

      Thank you anyway for your time and help ! I'll try to contact adobe.

      check if you're resticting access your ps file, "File not found. Check the file name and try again" Error when saving

        is ps working otherwise?  in particular, can you save that file as a psd on your hard drive?

        if yes, can you save a cloud document using a different adobe app (eg, lightroom)?

          Hello  Kglad,

           

          Yes PS is working and i can save on my hardrive. I tried saving a file with adobe XD and it worked so i'm confused.
