Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Would you mind telling us which macOS version are you working on? Did you start experiencing the issue after an update to Photoshop or to macOS?

For the blank home screen issue, you can try the steps suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-home-screen-issues.html

Please let us know if it helps!

Regards,

Nikunj

I have the exact same problem.

I have a brand new Macbook pro and downloaded my Photoshop to it. Now I can't save anything, open a new file, or see anything on the home screen. Please advise

Hey, I contacted adobe and they controlled my screen and deleted adobe
programs completely from my laptop and then downloaded them again. But they
didn't delete any work I've done.
