I can't use generative fill

I can't use generative fill after installed the PS software on my laptop. Before that I used it only on the web and I can generate fill the image. But after installing the software, I can't use it either on the web or software that I installed( I installed it from the web using this account) I tried to uninstall the software and use it on the web only but it doesn't work anymore. Let me know how can I fix it via this email. I still have generative credit points. I do not use vpn and my connection is pretty good too.

I can't generate image on photoshop which is installed through Adobe creative cloud. Before that I used the web version of photoshop as a test. Back then I can generate image on photoshop(web). After I installed it I cannot used generative fill anymore either in photoshop application that I installed or web photoshop. But when I login to my iPad Photoshop application with the same account, the generate feature works! But I can't used that feature on my laptop.

Hi @sai_linn_aung_4263! Thanks for reaching out. Could you share a bit more about what’s happening?

What version of Photoshop are you using on your laptop? Are you seeing any error messages? Also, could you let us know which region you're currently in and whether you're using a VPN?

If you haven’t already, try temporarily turning off your firewall and see if Generative Fill starts working.
