I can't use this option. help me

I have newly installed Photoshop, but the tools to adjust the eyes, nose, mouth, etc. on the right side of Liquify cannot be activated.

Where is the setting wrong.. How do I activate it?

The eyes, nose and mouth may not be recognized for each of the pictures you load.. Any picture is inactive like this.
