I cannot generate a transparent image from PSD

I am tryying, as usual EXPORT > QUICK EXPORT AS PNG and it is happeningg there is informnation that the opretation is ongoing, but the file is not saveing anywhere. Generating PBG with a white background is without problem. Please help.

Hi

I just tried it on my laptop and it worked without an issue. I started with a psdc file that had transparency and went to File > Export > Quick Export as PNG.

macOS 10.15.7

Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015

 

Check in Photoshop > Preferences > Export and see what your settings are for Quick Export Format.

Because you didn't say specifically, does your original image have transparency?

It seem that this error opcccuring onlu on MAC OS X. Ho to report it. I cannot work like that. By business it ruined. 😞

Maybe you should reset your Photoshop preferences, which is under the General tab in Photoshop preferences.

No it does ot work. Can comeone with PS on MAC OS X check it that way work on your any file with removed transparency?
