I cannot open files in Photoshop. "Could not complete your request because of a program error"

Hi, I cannot open files in Photoshop. Every time I try, a pop-up shows up with this message  "Could not complete your request because of a program error". I tried everything - I uninstalled and installed again Photoshop. I restarted the PC, I did reset the settings of Photoshop. Honestly, I don't know what else to do to permanently fix it.

 

I have the last version of Photoshop (Adobe Photoshop Version: 24.6.0 20230615.r.573 15cc86e - Operating System: Windows 11 64-bit)

    Hi @dorotea0101 Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.
