I cant activate the 3d menu Adobe Photoshop 2020

I clicked on Preferences and Performance and the box that says Use Graphic Processor is not working. can you help me get it enabled?

Hi, you can enable it from Preferences then performance all will be ok for you ....... regards

the box that says Use Graphic Processor is greyed out so i cant click on it
