Hi!

I have a few questions for you! What type of computer are you working on? What version of Photoshop are you trying to open? Do you have the minimum system requirements on your computer in order for Photoshop to run?

If you are contunually getting the same error message, and are not able to even open Photoshop, then I would recommend that you use the Un-Installer in the PS folder and uninstall this version that is giving you problems. When you are done uninstalling, then restart your computer and do a clean install of Photoshop and see if that alleviates the issue.

Let us know if that works!
