I cant seem to save my photos

Question

Hi there,  I have downloaded the new version of photoshop but nothing is working so i went and installed the previous version.  For some reasion I have to press Help so my workspace shows and when i use the healing tool its os slow then we I try to save, the dialogue box appears but nothing on it.  How do I fix this?  I am in dire need of help.  Thank you

Without any system info nobody can advise specifically, but obviously the first things to check would have to be all that hardware acceleration stuff, avialbale disk space for the swap files, network connections and such for the AI-based functions.
