I created new document and inserted an image. Image is bigger than my new document. At the time I reduce image looks very pixeled.How Can I fix it to normal view?

How large is the new document and original image? If the new document has a low resolution then the inserted image will be adjusted to match those properties and thus also become low resolution. When inserting one image into another, it takes on the properties of the new document. Knowing the actual sizes will better help us/me respond.
