I created two documents on photoshop but they are both not showing.

I previously had a creative cloud account and made two documents there. I only want to make a small adjustment, on the trial account, but I cannot access/ they cannot synchronize my files. Is there a way to fix this?

    Are you trying to fix the data in trial version of subscription?

    I don't understand the situation well.

    Also, you are currently posting on the Japan Forum.

    Your better to be asked concrete questions at the U.S. Forum.

    Thank you for helping me. No, not fixing the data, Adobe CC use to save documents that we were working on automatically, so I assumed that since I logged in on Adobe with my account that I can access these documents that I had worked on on the previous account.

    Are you trying to access assets of a specific account from another account?

    Sharing can not be done unless access from other accounts is not permitted.
