I am looking to take pictures of my product on mannequins and then erase everything from behind it and just leave the shirt. I will send pictures to show you what i am looking for and insight on what i need to do or how to set it up would be more than helpful. Im not worried about adding the words my website will do that. Any help will be great. Thank you.

You need to learn about selections and masking. There are many options for creating selections. The pen tool will give you the best quality, but may be the hardest to learn for a beginner. Look for tutorials about layer masks.

Learn to use the pen tool and masking in Photoshop... makes extractions like this a breeze.

Maybe paint the mannequin a bright color (as long as it's different than  the fabric), to make it easier to create a mask.
