My photoshop has quit working all of a sudden and I have been using it everyday all day. I am a photographer. Now it says I may need to check with developer to see any updates. I always thought my photoshop updated itself auto. Now I can't even pull it up to update it. I'm not a techy person, just a photographer. What are my options? Thank you!

    Hi

    Try resetting Photoshop preferences

To restore preferences quickly using a keyboard shortcut: Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop

If that doesn't work try re-installing using the Adobe cleaner tool

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

If you need to reinstall you can download CS6 from here

Download Adobe CS6 Trials: Direct Links (no Assistant or Manager) | ProDesignTools

    Updates can be found here
