I own this Photoshop CS6 due to going to college and paying for it. I just want to update it to the latest version is that even possable or do I have to do the sub. If I don't have to do the sub, is there a way to upgrade. the adobe website sent me here saying that they cannot help through chat and only the forum can help so please can you help...

You can get free trials of Photoshop and Photoshop Elements so you can decide. Be sure to cancel if you change your mind.

There are no upgrades. Everything has been subscription since 2013.
