I have a problem . The image does not appear in the middle and this is annoying

Your image is in the middle of the document window, but you have the document window extended to the right of your screen and have panels over that window. Try moving the right edge of the Window to the left and dock the panels outside of it. The standard Adobe workspaces such as Essentials, Photography work that way as default.
