I have a problem when using the Other Cursor in 2020

I re-installed 2020 on my new PC, I usually have a colour on the cursor ( RED) for when I use sharpening tool /Blur tool etc- whilst holding the Alt key you can change the size and oppacity I see numbers now on the opacity not my usual colour

I have tried without success to alter in prefernced/Cursors to avail, still no colour

any idea's guys
