I have a problem with a B/W photo.

Hello everyone, I need to print a black and white image on a glass, I scanned a black and white photographic film. I have a file in CMKY in high resolution, I have already done some tests on glass printing with bad results because in black you can see the colored pixels, since every print test has a high cost, some of you would help me to solve permanently this problem ? I would need a digital image made only from black just like the photographic negative, the white areas would be transparent, ie get the channel of the first black of colors. Thank you all.

Did the printer or print shop not offer any advice or are you doing the prints from home?

I believe it's more a function of your printer. you need to set it to only print with black ink. Many printers can't do this well. Better printers use gray inks. Are you printing this or is someone else, and what printer is being used?

you might want to convert to grayscale.  Though your image is in B&W the fact that you said its in CMYK may be causing some little color quirks when it comes to printing.  In my day job designing ads for print,  I'll get images that are BW but are in a CMYK color profile and I still have to convert to BW,  because of the colors used to create said gray may be using some color elements to make the gray. I'd suggest to make another file of the image in the grayscale profile and if you're still getting issues we can go from there.  If you show us the image you'er trying to use, it would help immensely

    I suppose you could use

    Image > Mode > Grayscale

    or better

    Edit > Convert to Profile

    with the proper profile selected.

Which profile you should use depends on what the printer recommends.
