If you own legacy Creative Suite 6 or earlier, your Windows serial numbers are not compatible with Mac software and vice versa. As of 2018, a Creative Suite platform swap is no longer available. Sorry.

Exchange a product for a different language or platform version

OPTION #1:

Find an older CS compatible computer & platform that will run your legacy software.

OPTION #2

Join a Creative Cloud plan and install on either Windows, Mac or both. Creative Cloud software is not platform specific.

If you're using the Creative Cloud version, then you can simply download the Creative Cloud desktop app on the mac and install Photoshop. How to download Creative Cloud desktop app

If you're using a standalone version, then you can download the installer from here and use you serial code to activate it on the mac: Download Adobe Creative Suite 6 applications

...but you need to have a Mac serial number, not a Windows serial number.
