I have problem with scratch disk.

Question

I bought creative cloud package the end of last month. And recently installed Photoshop 23.0.2. My OS is surface pro 7 i5. Even though I have enough storage, "can not complete the task or saving due to scrach disk is full" message appears and really can not do anything. I can not even save to the creative cloud storage, desktop, nor USB with the same reason.

Please could someone help me ASAP? It is very urgent matter.

Also, tell us the number of History States you have set up. Jane
