I have the name of a file and the icon on photoshop but can't find it

I am having issues with the issue described in the title and wanted to see if anyone had ideas. Exact same problem here, so I though others must also have this.

As described in the answer in the linked document you have to explain your problem more detailed.

Where do you see the name of the file. Do you have deleted this file, or is it on a external hard drive that isn't connected?

Without more informations we can't help.
