I just purchased the Photography plan and it did not appear on my creative cloud

Hi

I just purchased Creative Cloud Photography plan via Credit Card through Digital River and it did not appear on my creative cloud app or in my account order history or billing or even an email.

 

Please let me know what should I do?

Hi Jane

Well, the whole process went through Adobe website. The details just saying (You are purchasing from Digital River, an Adobe-approved e-commerce reseller) because they are the reseller for my country (Egypt). I contacted the support of Adobe and they are saying that they will contact me after 24hr. I'll wait and see what will happen.

You replied to a three-year-old thread. Did you also purchase from Digital River in Egypt or do you have a different issue? Please provide details.

Hi

I looked up Digital River and found that they are an Adobe Reseller. Have you checked with them? If you just purchased it from a reseller, it may take a short time to process and you might try again. Can you let us know?

Hi

I've heard that sometimes there is a wait, and then it goes through. We are mostly users on this forum, so we cannot look up your records. Adobe Staff have a red badge, the word "Employee", and an adobe.com address. If a scammer tries to contact you by PM, just click the Report button in the lower left of the message.
