A few questions

Have you actually deleted them from your disk or just from your Photoshop recent files list on the home screen? If the latter , then recent files is just a list and does not actually delete the files.

If you have deleted them from your disk then check the recycle bin. Until you empty that, all you have really done is deleted the entry in the directory for the disk.

If you have deleted them from both the disk and the recycle bin, do you have back ups that you can use for recovery or were any saved to folders that are synced to the cloud?

If that is also a blank then you may be able to use a disk recovery utility, if you have not already saved new information over the space created by deleting the files on that disk. Don't save anything new on that disk before you try the recovery applications.

Hi,

Real sorry to read that!

You MAY be able to recover them (or some of them) using a hard disk recovery service or maybe a utility. But its potentially expensive and when recovered the filenames are probably gone.

The more you use the hard disk with the deleted files on it the more they will be damaged by over-writing - because deleting files matkes the sectors to be used for future save (and probably also scratch disk / virtual memory) activities.

I hope this helps

thanks

And if you emptied the recycle bin, you recover from your backups. If you don't have backups, perhaps this is telling you something... Sorry about the pain but we all go through it and backups aren't an option, they are a necessity.
