I just started using the Surface Pro 2... Tablet mode... Photoshop not working right

Question

Hello, I downloaded Photoshop just fine and it says it is compatible with this device, however not one tool is working for some reason they get selected when I click them but they do not do anything when I try to crop, or move, or edit an image in anyway. Does anyone know what I need to do to make Photoshop compatible with this device.

Hi there,

We are sorry about the experience with Photoshop on your Surface Pro 2. Would you mind sharing the version of Photoshop you are using? In the title you have mentioned "Tablet Mode", are you using the surface pen as the input method?

Please try re-install Photoshop and try using a bluetooth mouse of a trackpad to check if that helps. Also, please ensure that you have all available Windows updates installed on the computer.
