Since you just started using PS, one more thing to mention is that tools are nested. When you see a triangle on a tool, it means there are several tools sharing the space. You can right-click or long-press to see the other tools.

You can also use the Discover panel to search for a tool that you can't find. Details here:

The keyboard shortcuts work even when a tool is hidden. "S" is the shortcut for the Stamp tool. There is no tool called "Magic Pencil" though, so you might have it confused with something else.

A Screenshot would definitely help, as c.p. has said, but you need to give us more information.

Do you have much experiencve with Photoshop?  Knowing that helps us know how to pitch questions.

Do you use a custom workspace?
Have you ever customised the Toolbar?  (Also as c.p. asked)

Click on the three dots at the bottom of the toolbar and then on Edit Toolbar

If your missing tools are in the right hand pane, drag them to left pane and they will be back.

How about showing what you are talking about by posting a meaningful screenshot?

Have you tried resetting the Toolbar (Edit > Toolbar)?
