I'm encountering issues with Photoshop's 3D features.

I'm unable to access the 3D features in Photoshop, encountering a message stating:
"The 3D features require that 'Use Graphics Processor' is enabled in the Performance preferences. Your video card must meet the minimum requirements and you may need to check that your driver is working correctly."

Here are the troubleshooting steps I've already taken:

  • Verified GPU compatibility: My graphics card is confirmed to be compatible with Photoshop 3D features.
  • Reset preferences: Resetting Photoshop preferences hasn't resolved the issue.
  • Toggled GPU processor: Enabling and disabling the "Use Graphics Processor" option in Performance preferences hasn't yielded results.
  • Located 3D workspace: I've been unable to locate a dedicated workspace for the 3D panel.

Despite these efforts, I'm still unable to access 3D functionality. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Additional information:

  • Photoshop version: 25.5
  • Operating system: Windows
  • Graphics card model: RTX 3060 OC 12G (REV2.0)

@Jasmeet5C88 Photoshop has discontinued support for 3D features ending with version 22.2 (thats why its still available to download via CC Desktop app).

Thanks for letting me know about the discontinuation of 3D features in Photoshop! I wasn't aware of this update. It's good to know that version 22.2 is still available with those features if needed.
