I'm looking to buy a Wacom Tablet

I'm thinking about buying a 24 inch Wacom Cintiq Pro. I looked at the other sizes but anything below 24 inch is not 4 k HD. I have a 12 inch iPad pro now but I'm learning graphic design. Still not sure I understand the difference between the two?  I know that with the Wacom, I can plug it into my computer but not sure what other differences there are between the two? Could someone explain the differences between them, please? 

I have the adobe creative cloud membership and will be using Photoshop, Illustrator, and editing videos, looking for opinions, please.
