I'm trying to reset my brushes to their default settings but it's not working

I use the default "hard round pressure size" brush for pretty much everything with my drawings. I also use the smudge tool with my own settings. I've ended up clicking the wrong keys without looking and somehow changed both of these brushes. 

I want my brushes back to normal. I've "restored default brushes" and even reset all photoshop settings using ctrl+alt+shift on startup but the brushes still aren't the same. 

What am I doing wrong?
