I need a new computer for design usage

Hello, can you please help me develop a system computer for design usage, proffessional but for personal use only.
I want to do high quality posters, vectorial, photoshop, video editing, music, writing(that will be easy), big resolution photomanipulation ..... and that's about all.
Please, i really need some fast help ... i want to buy it as soon as i can.
