i have a pic and i want to change the face with  another face so can any one help

    You'll need to create a cut-out of the "new" face and place it on top of the "old" face (on a operate Layer). Obviously each face has to be similar in size and looking direction and color. You can change these to some degree but they have to be roughly alike. When you're fine tuning, you can temporarily reduce the opacity of the top layer so you can more easily see how to adjust the new face to fit on top of the old.
