I paid but I can't donwload?

I don't understand, I paid for Photoshop but when I go to the Creative Cloud website it says I have to buy it, and doesn't let me install it.

What is going on?

I tried contacting Support but it always goes to the "Virtual Assistant" ChatGPT thing, and won't help me...

Any chance that you had a typo in the account name/email?

Click on your account in the top right corner of the Creative Cloud App

And then on Adobe Account

And see what it says about Billing and Payment.

Sign out of the CC desktop app and then sign back in.
